Business plans are typically prepare for the benefit of a third party, such as the bank, and then, once the purpose has been dealt with, such as the loan approved, the plan gathers dust on a shelf.
To turn a business plan into a meaningful action plan that you will use every single day you are at work you need to condense the information you need into a one page plan, pin it up on the wall where you work and complete the actions on it.
Never have too many actions three is typically plenty.
But renew it monthly or three monthly, so that it becomes a living document.
