What we do

We gather around a dozen business owners in a good conference hotel for a weekend of intensive work to challenge, coach and support them to develop a robust Business Plan. We meet Friday evening for an ice-breaking session so we can hit the floor running on Saturday. We run from 8 a.m. on Saturday until 4 p.m. on Sunday.

We are careful about the people we put together in order to give you all the best experience and a productive weekend. A big part of the weekend is peer to peer coaching and we encourage you to be open to this and the learning and networking opportunity this can provide.

The weekend is built around modules; including mission and vision, people, marketing, financial and strategic actions. You will create your plan and it will be reviewed by us and the others on the course. This is very powerful and you end up with a much better document that readers will be able to make sense of.

The financial module lasts for three hours and is run by a visiting accountant. This is the module that most commonly requires a little more work after the event and we can offer support to you.

The Aim Of The Business Plan Weekend

You will leave with a credible working business plan that you understand and can share with others, clearly and easily. When you take your plan to a bank, accountant or fellow professional it will immediately tell the reader that you know your business.
